After completing his degree at Imperial College, Julien started his career on the graduate programme with Reuters.  This led to product management roles in the financial information sector before returning to Reuters as an International Project Manager in the late 90’s where he helped develop a nascent project discipline and also delivered a number of high profile programmes.

Following this he worked in financial services as Head of Project delivery before becoming an independent project management consultant in 2009.  Assignments have been various including programme assurance, programme delivery and portfolio consulting with clients spanning the media, financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare and airlines sectors.
