Chris is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having graduated from the University of London. He has more than 30 years diverse and varied business experience gained predominantly in retail in broad geographies and cultures both in the UK and internationally.

Chris spent many years with McDonald’s Restaurants latterly running the UK property and development teams and sat on the European Development Board. Other roles have included Group Property & Procurement Director of Ladbrokes. He has extensive experience of sitting on the operating boards of FTSE 250 companies and has a strong track record of instigating and delivering successful change in both large and small business environments.

He has led many projects including the BBC’s Roath Basin development, the consolidation of the property assets for Thomson Reuters across EMEA, taking Ladbrokes Ireland into Examinership restructuring the business in its entirety and returning it to profit as well as the Property & Procurement workstreams during the merger of Ladbrokes & Coral.
