greyfly.ai was founded in 2017 when CEO Lloyd Skinner and Co-Founder Marcia Williams reconnected at a 25-year LSE alumni event. Both had experience in the project management field and recognized the potential for using technologies like Big Data, Cloud, and AI to improve project delivery. As a result, they founded greyfly.ai with the goal of transforming the field of project management through the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence.
Initially grant funded, we built AI proof of concepts for the BBC, Civil Aviation Authority, Gleeds, and HS2. Then in 2021, to achieve this goal, the company launched the Intelligent Project Prediction (IPP) tool, which uses AI to provide executives with intelligence to increase project success. The tool is now providing high confident predictions and the rationale for project outcomes to retained customers.
The greyfly.ai team is made up of experts in project management, AI, machine learning, technical infrastructure, and delivery assurance, and is dedicated to helping companies navigate their AI in project management journey.
