Lloyd Skinner is the Founder and CEO of greyfly.ai, an award-winning AI in Project Management company recognised for its practical impact on modern project delivery and whose AI Adoption Strategy has been featured as a case study within executive education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is responsible for leading the company’s strategy, innovation and long-term growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in programme management and business transformation, Lloyd has successfully led complex projects and portfolios worth hundreds of millions of pounds across both the public and private sectors. His career combines extensive delivery leadership with a passion for applying Artificial Intelligence to improve decision-making, strengthen governance and increase confidence in project and portfolio outcomes.

Lloyd is an internationally recognised speaker, author and thought leader in AI-enabled project delivery. He regularly delivers keynote presentations and executive briefings at international conferences and events organised by organisations including PMI, APM, BCS and GAPPS, sharing practical insight into AI adoption, project intelligence, organisational efficacy and the future of project management. His work also extends into applied research and executive education, including ongoing collaboration with the University of Warwick.

In addition to his role at greyfly.ai, Lloyd serves as a Non-Executive Chairman and strategic adviser, supporting boards and executive teams on growth, governance and business transformation. He holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is passionate about advancing the profession by helping organisations move beyond improving efficiency alone towards greater effectiveness and ultimately organisational efficacy – using AI to enable better decisions, stronger organisational capability and superior strategic outcomes.
