Adam trained as an engineer and began his career as a system developer. Progressing into IT project management he built a track record of successful project delivery in public sector, defence and utilities.
Moving into a consulting role Adam supported organisations analysing critical problems/needs and designing their own change projects to deliver them. Whilst working for Price Waterhouse Coopers he provided board level assurance to ensure ongoing delivery success.
During this period his career moved towards the commercial sector with work in financial services, publishing/media, legal services, transport and hospitality
He now focuses on process improvement, business change and programme/project delivery.
