Greyfly release a new guide on how AI application might disrupt the traditional project management consulting
After understanding the causes of project failure and the potentials of AI in overcoming these problems, we continue discussing how AI could bring far more benefits than old-school consultants.
PM consultants rely on manual processes to gather and analyse data. However, AI can potentially collect, analyse, learn and predict larger volumes of data, with less errors than humans. At Greyfly, we believe AI will enable our clients to improve the likelihood of project success and this paper further explores how.
This is a part of our journey to develop a project management AI tool that exploits the machine learning algorithm to reduce the consulting cost as well as increase project success.
